Kneading Sweets owners Monica & Kim have been having ‘sweet dreams’ of owning their own bakery since they could dream at all. Both started crafting in the kitchen during childhood, secured their first jobs at bakeries and built careers perfecting the techniques and artisanship of baking.
It is only fitting that their paths crossed at a bakery (as employees) and soon after meeting and with 38 years of experience each, Monica & Kim partnered to create Kneading Sweets – a bakery that not only serves up delicious sweets, but also precious memories created by sharing sweets together.
Monica & Kim are excited to share their passion with you. Along with the smell of freshly baked cake, you can expect to be greeted with a warm smile and offered samples of DeLand favorites Kilimanjaro and Death by Chocolate Cheesecake.
